Shipping policy

DOMESTIC - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of when order was received. Keep reading for important l international information. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All US orders over $100 will be granted FREE SHIPPING

International shipping (outside of the US) is excluded at the early stage of the shops opening. Pricing for international shipping calculated by the carrier based on weight and where it's going. 

International orders are shipped DDU. Duties and taxes unpaid, which means these local fees will be due before you can collect your package.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

Damages

C.M. Stunich Romance Bookshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Returns

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned to our office in the same conditional it was shipped out in, the packaging can be removed but the item itself must be in the same condition. If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us at info@cmstunich.com.

 

You may return an unwanted item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the cost of the books returned. The cost of shipping will be your responsibility. Please contact info@cmstunich.com to begin your return process. We recommend utilizing USPS Media Mail for all returned orders as it usually provides the cheapest cost.

When a package is shipped internationally (outside of the United States), it may result in import tax, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will usually be due once the shipped goods arrive at the destination country.

Please note that C.M. Stunich Romance Bookshop ships your package DDU, which means, duties and taxes unpaid. If your package does incur these charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on the total weight of the items and exactly where it is going. What you are paying for shipping is what we use to pay for the shipping label and nothing else. Shipping charges are final and cannot be adjusted since they are calculated based on item weight, box dimensions, and where it's going.

If the books you're looking for aren't in stock, I recommend until there are at least a couple books of your choosing before ordering so you get the most out of the shipping charge, You can hit the "NOTIFY ME" button at the bottom of the product page and you'll be notified as soon as it's back in stock.
